Our friendly delivery drivers can deliver your goods
direct to your door. Delivery is free on orders over £250.
On orders below £250, the delivery charge would be
£30. (plus VAT)

Please let us know of any property access restrictions
such as narrow roads, steep inclines or low-hanging
trees, steps or uneven paths, which may pose a
challenge.

We will deliver your goods to the most convenient area
possible. Due to health and safety precautions, we are
unable to deliver to the upstairs of a property

On receiving your delivery, please check all goods
ordered are correct against the Delivery Note, if this is
not possible at the time of the delivery then all goods
must be inspected within 3 days of receiving your order.
We do advise that you open each box and check that
everything you ordered is in good condition.

If you find any damaged items please inform the driver
immediately, if notifying us within 3 days of any damages or incorrect goods, please call us on 02392 799007.

We would request that you take photos of the damaged
products and email them to us beforehand so we can
establish what needs replacing.
